The reception team were most welcoming and so helpful in every way. Having just stayed at another Ibis in another country, I can say that the chain is very consistent across all its locations. I especially appreciate their focus on being environmentally friendly and the provision of an adapter was most appreciated (had forgotten to pack one). The hotel was also in a very convenient location, both for the main station (bus and train routes to the airport) and also close to the waterfront.

Very helpful staff. Got us a kettle and someone actually came to make it work at late at night and when it didn’t work they showed us where hot water was. Room was a bit tight but en-suite which was great and the bathroom with the toilet was reasonably spacious. They stored our luggage well during the day and it was easy to collect it. The facilities were clean and the decor was good. Location is also great. Walking distance to the main train station and a direct tram to UN offices.

1. Location was very good close to the railway station. 2. Staff were able to answer any questions. 3. Staff were able to provide resources if required. 4. Room was very clean and the window shutters were excellent at keeping out the early morning sunlight

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally courteous, helpful and English speaking (especially Fateh). When I asked for a shower tray instead of bath tub, we were immediately obliged. The location was really central, close to the bus stop and the train station. We were happy to receive free Geneve public transport tickets for our entire stay from the reception. We really enjoyed our vacation and were happy to have chosen Ibis Hotel.

Only 5 minutes from the station and the town, so easy walk to everywhere. Front desk staff really friendly and helpful. Nice and clean. Hope to return very soon.

Central location for sightseeing. Near to station. Close to cafes, restaurants etc. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms.

Nice staff, we were able to check-in earlier because the room was ready. Provided us with free travel cards for the city, the internet connection was great, nice entrance lobby. The room was super comfortable with the air conditioning coming really handy in a day with 30+°C in Geneva. The location is ok (Less than 10min walking to the Train Station and to the Lake)

Room was okay - good bathroom. Perfect location, walking distance from the train station, and Geneve center. They have a luggage room to keep you stuff on the last day if your train is on late afternoon/ evening. We were also given free public transports tickets for the duration of our stay.

Breakfast was nice, although some plates were missing and at the time I came the eggs and sausages were all gone. I guess more workers could be beneficial for the place.

The location of this hotel was excellent. So many transport options. The two gentlemen at reception were very polite and kind. The size of the rooms were great, very clean too. Thank you so much for the free travel card 👍
